Accredited and Internationally Certified Training Programs

CAT I

Is suitable for technical personnel and engineers who want to take the first step with basic vibration analysis knowledge. It covers measurement, data collection, and recognizing basic fault symptoms.

CAT II

Provides competence in data interpretation, fault diagnosis, and basic root cause analysis. Ideal for experienced field engineers and maintenance managers.

CAT III

Training includes an introduction to turbomachinery vibration analysis, resonance, and other structural vibration topics, as well as advanced phase analysis training.

It provides in-depth information on advanced fault diagnosis, trend analysis, FFT interpretation, and maintenance strategy development. It is designed for leaders who will be establishing a facility-wide vibration monitoring strategy.

Thermography Certification Program

CAT I

Focuses on industrial thermal imaging principles, interpreting temperature distributions, and identifying basic failure scenarios. It enables professional-level use of thermography as an early warning system in applications such as electrical panels, motors, and mechanical systems.

Applied and Institution-Specific Training Modules

Our training programs with unique curriculum developed by RESONANCE INSTITUTE, outside the scope of ISO 18436, are structured with applied content, field practice and sectoral case examples.

Applied Vibration Measurement and Analysis Training

- During the training, after the fault symptoms are learned theoretically, simulations are made on real equipment, measurements are taken and analyses are carried out together.
- Training sessions are typically held at the customer’s facility. This allows for both the training process and direct analysis of various pieces of equipment. The customer actively participates in the learning process, while potential vibration problems are simultaneously addressed.
